Chaos has struck Ryccia, as a recent corrupt election has kept Prime Minister Wallace Tikosery of the Conservative Nationalist Party(CNP) in power. King Jose I has stated, however, that the CNP "is the best choice to keep Ryccia striving forward", however members of the Royal Family say that he is being pressured to say that, and that he's against the CNP.

Wallace Tikosery has been in power for 14 years, and although the Ryccian Constitution denies a fourth term, he has violated the constitution.

During Tikosery's rule, inflation has grown, corruption has increased, unemployment has increased, political repression has been rampant and Tikosery has used the military to kill the opposition. Chaos then exploded as Tikosery banned all political parties except the CNP. The Daonlathas Riots started in June 20, 2015. This opposition secret station calls upon the world to- AUGH!

The Nebulan government has pledged support to the Worker's Army. We may consider sending aid to the Progressive Front.
 
The Royal Family has escaped to Syrixia. They wish for asylum, and the King is with them too. The CNP has declared Ryccia a republic.

Update:
Worker's Army has gained the village of Anemoria. The Progressive Front has gained the town of Oneburis. The Ryccian Military has begun attacking Worker's Army positions in the south of their territory. The Progressive Front being attacked in the west of its territory.
 
Ryccian fighter jets will block Nebulan airdrops, as the Worker's Army does not have anti-air defenses.
 
The Nebulan air force will send escort fighters. We must warn you, however, that any attack on these fighters or the airdrop craft will be considered an act of war, and we will begin further action.
 
Xentherida pledges support to the Progressive Front, and thoroughly condemns the corrupt conservative government. By banning all other political parties, Ryccia has turned into a dictatorship.

Finally, a vote is being held in the Xentheridan government to whether supplies should be given to the moderate rebels, and how to deliver them through the Ryccian airblock. We also ask all of the rebels-whether socialist, left wing or otherwise- to all unite in their cause. If each section is divided, there is no chance of overthrowing the current government.
 
Even if the rebels are divided, as long as they do not actually begin a full-scale war against each other before the Ryccian government has been toppled, they should be able to take on the Ryccian government with foreign support.
 
The Confederation of Kalti offers aid and support to the Progressive Front in their fight against tyranny. As such, Summerland: Castelli di Summerland (Federation of Kalti), Aotearoa: Rohe o Te Kawerau (Tir na Andalucia) and Nova Roma: Agro Porta Capena (Republic of Callaici); the three capitals of the Confederation have pledged to support any refugees fleeing the riots.

Syrixia will grant asylum to the Royal Family, however we do not support them or the CNP, and especially not the Workers' Army. We support the Progressive Front.

But the Conservative National Party of this war-embroiled nation received a secure telegram. A major Kannexan corporation with ties to the Reichsregierung offered to sell a host of rifles, anti-tank weaponry, and vehicle parts, as well as diesel and drones, to anti-socialist forces.

OOC: He said anti-socialist forces, and his chancellor is a liberal, so probably the Progressive Front.
 
(OOC: The Liberal Party in Kannex is actually conservative. Think of the term "classic liberalism" rather than the modern-day "progressive liberalism." Sorry for the ambiguous post; I was on my phone and couldn't really type much.)

The aforesaid Julius Corporation of the Empire of Kannex privately offers its vast array of weaponry to the Conservative National Party of Ryccia. The CNP must send representatives to the Kannexan port of Könighafen to negotiate the sale and will receive their shipments there. We initially will offer small arms, anti-tank/anti-copter weaponry, small bombs, diesel, small unarmed drones, and parts for tanks and armored personnel carriers. Once a business relationship has been established, we will offer the sale of whole tanks and surface-to-air missiles.

This has been a secret communication between the Julius Corporation of Kannex and the CNP government of Ryccia. Keep it that way.

An update!
The Progressive Front and the Worker's Army have established divisions in the country. They are far from their HQs, and they act as a way to facilitate their conquest. Meanwhile the two groups have gained land. We have also downed 2 planes from Nebula, one aid and the other fighter jet.

We will not let them win!

The Nebulan government, outraged at Ryccian attacks on our aircraft, hereby declares war on Ryccia.

A Nebulan invasion force of 20,000 men has been deployed via parachute into Worker's Army territory.
 
The Julius Corporation of Kannex offers scores of anti-aircraft missiles, radar systems, and helicopters. We offer missiles that can down low-flying helicopters and track advanced fighters. We also offer special private contractors to teach Ryccian forces in the operating of these devices and train Ryccian troops.
 
Kylosteia, Worker's Army Territory

The Ryccian Government sent an army of 15,000 to take over Worker's Army territory. They went to Kylosteia, a village that was recently taken over by the Worker's Army. When suddently, they noticed something.

"A Nebulan flag! Sir, a Nebulan flag!"

"WHAT?!" said General George Takochine

"I can see some Nebulan soldiers in there!"

"Ugh, this is not good"

The fort contained 500 Worker's Army militiants and 50 Nebulan soldiers sent by the orders of Worker's Army to train the militiants and help the militiants defend the fort.

"I guess we have no choice. Soldiers! Begin offensive! Start bombarding!"

The battle began.
 
Worker's Army fighters, equipped with Nebulan machine guns, fired at the advancing Ryccians from concealed positions in the fort. The rebels were well-armed now, and every man there knew the battle would be close.
 
Kylosteia

The gunshots were seen. The Ryccian Military counterattacked and killed some militiants. 300 soldiers bravely entered the village, as some militiants had retreated to the northern areas of the village, as the north was most vunerable, but defenses were still firing back. They also retreated to the borders of the village. The rest of the Ryccian army surrounded the village. Also by air, 5 bombers unloaded their bombs and bombarded areas of the village, killing militiants.

The situation seemed hopeless, as the numbers were 15,000 vs. 550
 
Nebulan air forces were scrambled to provide air support. In addition, transport aircraft were deployed to bring in tanks for the militants.

Worker's Army...

"We got tanks!"

"Good. Use them to counterattack against the Ryccian Military"

"Are you still confident, sir?"

"No. They are just too much! If I am right, they have 15,000 troops. We are only 550"

"Why don't we surrender?"

"Because we are not surrendering! We need to kill as many tories as we can! We need to at least weaken that army! Look... I know we are going to lose. But at least we'll lose with honor"

The Worker's Army defended as hard as they could. Currently, about 400 casualties of the CNP, 25 casualties of the Worker's Army and 1 injured of the Nebulan Army stand.
 
Meanwhile, Nebulan fighters had begun patrolling the area, and they did not like what they were seeing...
"Sir! Enemy reinforcements coming in!"
"Hit then with missiles. Block the road. Take them out!"
 
"Sir, missiles incoming!"

"SH*T! FIRE BACK! INCOMING!"

The missiles costed 250 lives of the CNP. However, they counterattacked with missiles as well.

Meanwhile, a group of 100 soldiers mutined and joined the Worker's Army. They took their insignia and raised white flags to join the fight against the CNP.
 
Meanwhile, the situation had not gone unnoticed by Nebulan command in Ryccia.
"They're attacking Kylosteia, sir."
"Send another dozen tanks and 500 troops."
"Yes, sir."
 
"Sir, enemy tanks inbound! Enemy reinforcements inbound!"

"Hit them with a missile!"

"Yes sir!"

The missile hit the reinforcements, causing lots of damage.
 
The battle had become even. Although the Nebulans and militias were outnumbered, they had air support taking out any large clusters of enemy troops. The battle reached a stalemate, in which militiamen pinned down near the back of the village held off occasional attacks from the attacking soldiers. Constant bomb blasts rocked the city.
 
Meanwhile in Dandeliontown, Progressive Front troops, backed by Syrixian airdrops of supplies as well as Syrixian arms and vehicles, began to expand the Front's territory around Dandeliontown slowly, while simultaneously marching to Kylosteia. The Progressive Front troops had better equipment than that of the Workers' Army, as well as more troops, but they lacked direct Syrixian assistance. Syrixia had refused, they were told, to fight Nebulan troops head-on, for fear of a war and subsequent mutually assured destruction. Progressive Front troops used a sort of guerilla warfare, mirroring the Mercian and Sailendran revolts against the Melletonian kingdom in medieval times, as well as the communist revolution against the Syrixian Empire. While Syrixia was not proud of using tactics employed by the communist revolutionaries, they were admittedly effective, and thus taught them to the Progressive Front soldiers. Using these tactics, they were able to catch government forces off-guard, expanding their territory quickly and largely. However, the Workers' Army would be a tough contender, much tougher than the Ryccian government...
 
The Worker's Army, meanwhile, had begun launching hit-and-run attacks on warehouses and storage facilities. Often, these raids failed to seize necessary supplies (instead unearthing furniture from public storage facilities and suchlike), but enough of them were able to get needed items.
Slowly but surely, the Worker's Army was gaining ground, both against the government and the fringe forces of the Progressive Front. The government of Ryccia began to feel the rising threat of an overthrow. And after that, the socialist leaders knew, a final bloody civil war between the socialists and the progressives was inevitable.
 
While still hoping to maintain good relations with Nebula, we still however censure their declaration of war on Ryccia. We feel that it is an extreme reaction to a minor event, an event that was should have been expected to a supply route. We request that Nebula withdraw their troops from Ryccia before the situation escalates.
In the mean time, a letter using the latest, high tech encryption was sent from an unknown location, from an unknown computer using a proxy. The letter was addressed to Nebula, but the sender used an alternate name.

Even though I still wish to prevent our relations turning frosty, I still criticize your obtuse way of dealing with a situation; your declaration of war on Ryccia for an event that really should have been expected with your supply airdrop. However, for this plan, we advise you to withdraw troops and make peace with Ryccia: however, you can continue the airdrops, although you should expect the consequences.

However, the point of this letter was not of the denunciation of your actions. To sum it up, the idea is for a coup d'etat; preferably bloodless, and uncomplicated. A simply revolutionary assault on the government, a quick strike with minimal casualties. Then, our government can be installed.

Nevertheless, this is on the basis that a joint liberal-socialist government, none with power over each other. Both of these parties are fighting against a common enemy, and we would do better cooperating rather than fighting each other. Arrange a date and location, and we'll meet up to discuss the events.
