Ah, yes.
Actually a naval blockade would not necessarily bring the garrison to its knees. it has a land border with Andulus to which they could bring in supplies or more likely simply hire one of the companies Andulus to send in supplies.Kannex:A sizable military force, yes, but Syrixia can get its reinforcements there faster than Plembobria. If it were not for Andulus, a naval blockade would bring the garrison at Hardish to its knees; Syrixian ships could intercept any Plembobrian reinforcements at the West Sea before they could come Falkland it back.
Not much you can do anyhow. They still haven't perfected the art of amphibious assault yet.Syrixia:With Andulan help you'd be able to match the Syrixian forces coming for your heads, and defeat them like you're supposed to within realistic bounds.
EDIT: How did you guess I was planning to blockade the colony?! XD
That's what I meant by, 'if it were not for Andulus'.Lord Lore:Actually a naval blockade would not necessarily bring the garrison to its knees. it has a land border with Andulus to which they could bring in supplies or more likely simply hire one of the companies Andulus to send in supplies.Kannex:A sizable military force, yes, but Syrixia can get its reinforcements there faster than Plembobria. That's no fun. Even if you were, let's say, to send out a large fleet in anticipation of a decisive battle on par with Trafalgar, you'll still lose it in the end. Somehow, even with the distance difference and Andulan power nearby, Hardish survives. I'm not expecting good things from this RP... I hope the modern-day revolution is better. I still haven't committed Kannex to any wars yet, and the next stage in my Kannex saga involves a war.Syrixia:XD. Remember, though, Plembobria has to keep it until today so we can have the revolution part work.

Honorable Members of the General Council of the Andulan Republic,
We are aware of the Tension between our Nations. We understand that we occupy land envied by your Republic. Nevertheless, our Security and Safety is at stake. The Empire of Syrixia threatens us. With the consent of the Lord Protectors, I entreat you, come to our Aid.
The Kingdom of Plemboria lies thousands of miles away, it will be too long before we can obtain the Reinforcement that we need to defend against this impending Terror.
I give you my Word, our Kingdom and your Republic shall live in Peace and Harmony together. The King and the Privy Council in Rethel, will greatly appreciate your Assistance. Our nations will live in peace. Together we can defend that noble Cause of Liberty which so many Nations and Men have fought for.
I adjure you. Help us in our hour of need. It will be well for you, and the relationship between our noble Empires.
Awaiting your Assistance,
General Mathew Pierce, head of the Hardish Bay Army.
