The Watching Nebula has recently arranged the purchase of about 1.5 billion worth of aircraft to begin development of armed forces. We are interested in purchasing a few warships and some tanks in addition to this in order to begin building up a military capable of defending our nation from foreign attacks, and protection of foreign assets.
We would appreciate reasonable pricing, as the amount of money we can spend on defense is limited.
P.S. Nations that are willing to sell us arms will be offered an alliance deal.

We passed the purchase requests you posted by a few of our agents here as well as a couple weapons manufacturing firms and they came back with a few suggestions. Looking at what you have currently requested for navy assets I would recommend purchasing a few additional ships if it is in your budget at this time. These additional purchases although increasing your purchase costs would allow you to deploy considerably greater military strength while having reserve strength or additional safety on the home front. These purchases would also allow you to operate multiple well balanced fleets.

Creating a more effective Battleship battle group I'd recommend:
1 Cruiser (Leads and enhances independent action fleet ships such as destroyers; Multi-role guided missile ship)
2 Frigates (Fleet dependent ships, Anti air and submarine zone of control ships, and shallow water operations.)
1 Amphibious assault ship (Troop assault ship / light carrier)
Let's you bring those new aircraft you bought into the fight along as well as letting you easily land troops.
At the very LEAST I'd recommend an escort carrier.
1 Fleet resupply / oiler (Support ship, extends range of your fleet much further.)

Creating a more effective Submarine battle group I'd recommend:
Instead of 5 Attack submarines as it sounds like you will be purchasing:
3 Attack submarines minimum
2 Ballistic (cruise) missile submarines minimum

We have ships available for purchase new or gently used (cheaper, and will be brought up to good combat readiness) for purchase. Our nation provides a full range of military equipment and ammunition, and are glad to provide for all needs. Certain restrictions and handling concerns apply to chemical, biological, and nuclear weapon systems.

We can provide the additional Cruiser, Frigates, Support ships, and Assault ship/carrier if you are interested. I know you currently have a deal in progress with Guslantis regarding among other ships, the submarines, and I gladly give them priority on in progress sales. I am sure they have ballistic submarines for sale, but if they do not we can also provide the 2 ballistic submarines.

I assume you already have your Coast Guard and costal defense needs met, but if not we can discuss these matters.

Regarding your need for tanks, as I know cost is an issue regarding building up military forces we are offering 'T-90' third generation main battle tanks as well as 'Leopard 2' main battle tanks. Both are top of the line weapons systems that we provide with the most advanced battle systems.

We have generated a selection of equipment that will meet your specifications and have given you three options in most categories. These are Advanced, standard, and updated designs. Advanced design equipment will be expensive since it is the newest and most advanced equipment available. Advanced design ships are all new construction as well, leading to their higher cost. Standard design is in many cases pre-owned equipment that has been repaired and certain updates made. Updated ships are generally, but not always the design before the 'standard design' and are pulled from reserve fleet storage. These updated ships are repaired and key systems updated to meet current needs. Even though updated items are older equipment, they are strong battle ready, tried and tested equipment that are more than capable of performing the work at hand and are not to be overlooked. Plus their price is considerably lower for these items due to this condition. (At times updated/reserve equipment became 'outdated' because of a change to flight deck layout, ergonomics, need for fleet part interchangability, etc)

Notes:
Assault ships are designed with troop launch capacity built into the ship and such have less space for aircraft. These are in a way nearly a light carrier but not quite, except for the America class which is nearly both.

Alright then but remember we always willing to sell military hardwares and other things to your nation.

We can provide a special... the Arondight... 8 missile-rack, quad mounted on a turn-table designed specifically for anti-stealth. The Launcher tracks the pressure differences nd utilises fragmentation similar to ack-ack shells to damage the target, I'd say it'll cost you an eight of a tonne for the full system minus a chassis.

We are still looking for missile launchers. We have inquired as to whether Wolfsea could get us some, but their prices are prohibitive.

We would be interested in upgrading the battleship, but not until we have completed our other deals.

Also, Wolfsea, we would be willing to buy 10 missile launchers for 75% of the list price. Regrettably, we do not have enough gold to cover the costs, although we are currently searching for other sources of precious or potentially valuable metals.

We're willing to cut to 75% of our asking price, these systems do however come with manufacturing blueprints for both missiles and launchers so it should pay for itself many times over.

Ah. In that case, we would only need to purchase two or three and begin manufacturing.

However, we would prefer to pay in copper rather than gold. If this cannot be arranged it is not a dealbreaker, but we would greatly appreciate it if this could be arranged.
