My dinner today (on Christmas' Eve, with my parents):

Decorate your own sugar cookies and homemade Wassail! (Hot cider)

Wassail ingredients:

Apple Cider

Oranges

Apple slices

Cinnamon

Cloves

Allspice

Nutmeg

For the Non-Alcoholic version

Then just to make it a little more traditional I added a splash of Lady Bligh Spiced rum!

Oranges symbolize the sun and citrus was traditionally used to remind the people warmer days were coming.
