From the Desk of Foreign Affairs Minister Michael Talley:Governments of the North Pacific:
With the establishment of the Cetus Administrative District, located in the North Pacific mainland, a change in Foreign Affairs has been set in place. Previously, Kialga-Lourti's interaction with the world was limited to simple talks between national leaders, if any interaction occurred at all. The Cetus A.D. will serve as a stepping stone in international interactions with the Kialgan government.
Originally, the Cetus A.D. was going to be strictly for diplomatic purposes. However, a change was made right before the District was established. Now, in addition to serving as a diplomatic outpost, Cetus A.D. will serve as a way for international citizens to explore what the Commonwealth has to offer. Combined with the national culture, Cetus A.D. will allow international citizens to view a new culture blend with the Commonwealth.
We hope to find local North Pacific nations willing to join us in the blending of cultures in Cetus A.D.
Foreign Affairs Minister
Ambassadors sent to Kialga-Lourti will be allowed Diplomatic Immunity, including:
Kialga-Lourti allows only twenty (20) staff to be brought into the country. Staff will be assigned from native Kialgans and Lourtians to assist if requested. Fifteen (15) members of the Kialgan-Lourtian National Guard will be provided to each ambassador as protection. Any security detail sent with the ambassador will be allowed no more than a small sidearm.
A service of one (1) limousine or one (1) SUV will be provided to the ambassador. A typical convoy will consist of the chosen vehicle and up to three (3) other vehicles for staff.

Mira Balka -- The capitol of the Cetus Administrative District, located on the mainland of the North Pacific
Nigh Citta -- The capitol of the Sagittarius Administrative District, as well as the national capitol, located on the Kialgan mainland
Dea Citta -- The capitol of the Scorpio Administrative District, located on the Kialgan mainland
Quaz Citta -- The capitol of the Capricorn Administrative District, located on the Kialgan mainland
Apllu Citta -- The capitol of the Aquarius Administrative District, located on the Kialgan mainland
- Not being arrested or detained; deportation is possible
- Not having the residence searched
- Not being prosecuted
