I think I'll play it safe and keep being more democratic issues wise until I can get in.
 
I would like to join this organisation, perhaps as a prelude to joining the WA as well. So far, I have a score of 72 (Excellent) on the Diebold scale, but only 38 for civil rights. I'll answer a few more issues to improve this before doing an application, if that's okay with everyone.

Thank you for our acceptance. Our civil rights are now at 42, but this could easily go either way over the next few months. I hope we can stay above 40 for as long as possible.

There is a 2 month grace period I believe where you will actively be on "probation of sorts", with adequate time to raise those numbers to the minimum.

Both requests are acknowledged and will be processed as soon as possible. We have just had our elections, so it will take slightly longer than normal while we get everything squared away. I think that's god-modding. I suggest you simply leave their capital off. I recommend you talk to Scandigrad about this.
 
Though when I PMed r3n for his map, he said he would do it on the weekend. When I said it had to be done by Friday, he sounded worried and hesitant. I plan on, with r3n, getting Scandigrad to extend the deadline.
