Innovation and Advancement
Bona Mare Inc. is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the nations we operate in, the customers we serve, and the workers we employ. This is the exact reason why Bona Mare must continue to innovate current technologies to make sure that the North Pacific is well taken care of in the category of shipbuilding, ports, and vessels. These innovations can certainly advance Bona Mare into the future beyond all other companies concerned only about profit and seizing money-making opportunities. Here, the only concern is you and seizing the future.
Current Projects
CSI-Clean-Shipping-Index.png

In response to recent concern and suspicion for cargo ships being a main source of pollution in the seas of the North Pacific, Bona Mare is taking initiative to design and build new and improved vessels where they are both functional and environmentally friendly, with estimated 20% less CO2 emissions and 30% estimated fuel savings. This both would be more efficient, cheaper in the long run, and will have less of an environmental footprint than ever before.

Ships with this new and improved feature will be set to begin production by the end of 2015 and early 2016.

With a large amount of diverse ships for sale, it is hard to believe that the highly sought Ro-Ro (Roll on, Roll off) ships have not been sold at Bona Mare. This being said, there are plans in the near future to build these vessels at all Bona Mare operated ports. These magnificent vessels are ideal for holding a large amount of vehicles from trucks to cars, motorcycles to tanks. The vehicles can easily be driven on the ship when they are being shipped out and easily driven off when the Ro-Ro has reached its destination.

These new ships will begin production July 2015.

Mr. Leo Kline, CEO
Bonare Mare, Inc.

Dear Mr. Leo Kline:

Passafiume Agricole is a significant broker and shipper of wheat, barley, oats, rye and sorghum throughout The North Pacific and the world. We are headquartered within the inland city of Catmandu in the Constitutional Monarchy and Kingdom of Alunya. Our multiple rail spur storage silos, and our drybulk loading seaport facility in the port of Culcatta are indicative of the volume of business that we conduct on a weekly basis.

Our corporation is a charter member of the Grain Uniform Pricing and Performance Information Exchange Syndicate (GUPPIES) located in Pusseldorf, Alunya. As such we have such access to financial credit so as to permit the acquisition of significant assets in our business operations.

We are presently seeking twelve (12) HandyMax DryBulk Carriers to replace pert of our aging fleet. While your CMA-909 Bulk Ore Carrier is similar to the type of vessel we require, it appears that it may not be suitable for food-grade dry bulk grain transport. Our special requirements include an onboard anti-dust, anti-explosion hold ventilation system, with safety blow-out panels in the deck hatches for crew member safety.

Please advise at the soonest if you have any DryBulk vessels that may satisfy our requirements.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
~Giovanni Passafiume~

Dear Si. Giovanni Passafiume, CEO of Passafiume Agricole,

I am quite humbled that you are looking at Bona Mare Inc. to help you ship your excellent quality grain products throughout the North Pacific. I too understand that you seek the safest, most reliable ships on the market as I am sure Passafiume Agricole values getting your customers their goods fast. Currently, we are manufacturing a number of Handysize, Handymax, and MasterdoniaMax carriers to navigate the North Pacific Seas. Bona Mare has been looking for new opportunities to get our products to their destination faster and safer. MasterdoniaMax is a new class for naval architecture that we have developed in order to have vessels that are larger than Handymax, but still small enough to fit in the locks and canals belonging to McMasterdonia.

Perhaps within the week, Bona Mare will revel the new lines of DryBulk Carriers, much like you need for grain transportation. We hope to do business in the future, as Bona mare wishes to connect the ever-changing, complex economy with the average consumers at home, bringing new products and new foundations to the North Pacific.

Thank you for considering Bona Mare Inc. for your logistical needs.

Dear Mr. Leo Kline:

Passafiume Agricole has considered your Velomar Dry Bulk Carrier in light of our requirements for a HandyMax Dry Bulk Carrier with an anti-dust, anti-explosive hold ventilation system and other safety features. We have found your vessel to meet, and in some cases exceed, our requirements.

Our survey of the market included very similar vessels. In analyzing our projected routes and usage, fuel cost forecasts, present value costs of anticipated maintenance and operation, and labor cost forecasts, we have determined that your vessel is superior to any other offerings.

In conducting our due diligence, we have inspected your five-year financials, corporate credit rating, and references from other capital asset purchasers who have dealt with your company. Your reputation as a quality maritime shipbuilder and yard, and your excellent service record, give us confidence that any order will be successfully filled and serviced throughout the lifetime of the vessels.

Passafiume Agricole is most pleased to tender an offer of $600 million ($NS) to purchase twelve (12) Velomar Dry Bulk Carriers from your company.

We look forward to arranging a mutually satisfactory payment plan in conjunction with keel laying, build, fit-out and delivery of each vessel. Upon final agreement and contract, we shall provide names for each vessel, and trust that you shall provide the keel numbers for reference in the interim.

It shall be a pleasure doing business with you, and thank you again for your prompt attention to this matter.

The decreased demand for Tsukas to Dals is something that Bona Mare has no control over, but wishes you luck as these problems sort themselves out. These items can be put onto hold or some can be bought now, but the whole package has been denied.

TO: Bone Mare Inc.
FROM: Apollo Lucitonis, CEO of Atlas Corporation, Director of the Office of Resources of the Allied States

Greetings! I am Apollo Lucitonis, the Director of the Office of Resources of the Allied States of Bustos. I am sure someone in your position heard about the unfortunate financial scandal regarding two of our largest ship building companies in the Allied States. Their actions are becoming more public everyday as the media continues their coverage. The Allied States are in the process of cancelling their contracts and dismantling the companies to pay back their customers and debotors. As such, we are seeking shipbuilders to replace them. Our global businesses reach all over The North Pacific and we've heard great things about the quality of your ships and how well managed your company is. I am contacting you to open negotiations on establishing your business inside the Allied States.

So why set up shop in the Allied States?
  • Significant capital investment of $10 billion.
  • Two prime locations of already built, ship building facilities that are being renovated and updated, at no cost to you.
  • We are home to many international shippers in need of the latest cargo ships to keep pace with global trade. A demand is already in place where you can provide the supply.
  • You will be the premier ship builder in the Allied States with our support. Your contracts will have our backing and guarantee.
  • As you may already know, we have no business or labor regulations. However, your future customers do care about their public image so meeting international standards is a must for success.
  • No taxes of any kind.
For everything above, we only ask for a 50% stake in Bone Mare Inc.'s Allied States of Bustos operations. To be clear, the 50% stake is only of your Allied States operations, not your entire company.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great day!

To Mr. Apollo Lucitonis, CEO of the Atlas Corporation and Director of the Office of Resources in the Allied States,

Even though Bona Mare Inc. is a company that supplies plenty of nations of container vessels, we have never got a request for expansion in the country. After a seemingly unanimous decision by the board of directors here at Bona Mare, we have decided to accept the gracious offer you have given to us; to open negotiations with the Atlas Corporation and the government of the Allied States.

We understand the internal financial issue that is developing in the companies in the Allied States and are deeply intrigued of the state of the shipping industry. The demand, as you have stated in your letter, is increasing day by day while the supply becomes less and less, especially now that two prominent businesses are struggling for leeway. We here at Bona Mare Inc. believe that expanding out of domestic lands can not only improve the international economy, specifically in the shipping market, but can help improve the efficiency company. As for the regulation-free business strategy, you can rest assured that Bona Mare comes with its own 'Code of Ethics' of sorts. All actions that are taken by the company that can act upon the culture, politics, economy, environment, and safety of the nation can go through an official in the government or the board of directors of the Atlas Corporation, along with monthly reports conducted and overseen by a team of highly qualified personnel. You can rest assured that transparency of company, especially of the elected directors, is publicly known to help remove the chance of an internal meltdown like what has happened in recent shipbuilding history.

As for some questions, the board of directors has very few. One of the main ones, however, is whether the renovation will be able to be overseen by Bona Mare. The fact that you are providing the renovations and updates at no charge along with the tax-free nature is something that is more than welcomed at Bona Mare. Other than that, everything should be in order to start negotiations if the Allied States wish, or the formalities can be skipped and a deal could be made as soon as possible. Thank you and have a nice day.

Thank you for the consideration of Bona Mare, especially as being a foreign company and a new business venture. If there are any questions for the team that they are unable to answer, please contact me so that I can hopefully connect you with someone who has the answers you seek.

Paula Fernanda and her team of lawyers, are more than welcomed at the headquarters at Mercuvia. A luxury, armored SUV will be at the tarmac to pick up the personnel. From there, they will be escorted to the Bona Mare executive quarters where the whole team can rest and get situated with the surroundings. To Bill Houston, CEO of Westfield Shipping Corp

The I thank you for your interest in the products Bona Mare has to offer. Increased expansion of fellow companies and the determination to further improve the economies both foreign and domestic is something that Bona Mare values highly. We also value that your market is expanding north, somewhere that is somewhat cut off from the rest of the region due to its geography.
Your order of:
x1 CMA-397 Container Ship
x1 CMA-1001 Dry Bulk Carrier
x2 Velomar Dry Bulk Carrier
has been accepted for the price of $220 million. This, however, is a special case as the prices are relatively set, unless in very particular situations. Although this was not one of those situations, I took the liberty to accept the deal as the prices were fair and the fact that Westfield is a well respected corporation in the industry. I thank you for your business and your constant determination in the shipping industry. Have a good day.
