This whole notion, including the name, is pure speculation.

As is any hypothesis about who might be responsible for the DoS attack.

Fwiw spamming F5 on the site during a DoS attack is probably not the way to go.

It wasn't really a DoS attack. The host server is located in Canada. A technician probably spilled a beer on it. Probably Moose Head or Lautentide.
