North Pacific Armed Forces Bill

I still do not see how giving people the right to change the name of the NPA is the end of civilisation as we know it.

Still not getting it.
 
I have noticed we have both :airforce: Emoticon as well as :sub: . So why not have the ability of the MoD to change the name if they want? Is it because >|P Loves TNP Tradition and you dont want to upset him?
 
As, by my count, this bill is now tied at 15 ayes and 15 nays, I'd really appreciate if some of the nays could post their problems with the bill here.

Nowhere. Things stay the same until such a time as the NPA leaderships decides to ask the NPA membership about a name change.
