A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: THE WORLD ASSEMBLY,

RECOGNIZING Francos Spain's replacement of Thedoc as delegate of The Pacific approximately ten years ago (during the glorious August Revolution of 2003) and subsequent establishment of the New Pacific Order (NPO),

RECALLING that this nation spent the following year acting as a guiding figure and stabilizing force within the region (which was the largest in the world at the time) and that Francos Spain's revolution prevented a trend of lethargic monarchy from emerging within The Pacific,

NOTING the storied history of the New Pacific Order and the many achievements of its devoted and members both old and new,

FURTHER NOTING the New Pacific Order's long, stable, secure, and prosperous reign in The Pacific,

BELIEVING that the nature of much of this unity and success stemmed from the "Francoist" doctrine of Francos Spain's revolution which ultimately manifested itself in Unlimited's manuscript, "Proper Francoist Thought,"

DETERMINING that The Pacific would not have achieved the same level of renown and prosperity it retains today without the governance of the NPO and the initial guidance of its first true leader,

HEREBY COMMENDS Francos Spain.

I don't feel that the region voting for commending an individual who tried to coup our region is appropriate in the slightest.

Yes, he did. He failed and his nation died off when he was kicked to TRR. But the fact remains that he did try and seize the delegacy of this region.

As one who was around in those days... Definitely Against!

Though the nation Francos Spain will live in infamy. It all ended very sadly.
