jbwncster:
Maybe the sea next to Byron could be the South North Pacific Sea?
It sounds so wrong :fish:

Ideally I won't put a name in for it in until Byron says something in favour. Personally, I think seas with compass points in their names are uncool, and we should keep only one sea with 'north pacific' in the name. Maybe Byron would want to call it something Byron-related, it's a pretty big thing to name... or maybe something will come up during an RP.

What would that make the area where I live then? You can't just call it the SOUTH North Pacific Ocean.

I hate to break it to you but the ocean we are located in is the north pacific ocean.

I've got no problem with one bit being the North Pacific Sea but no more 'north pacific' bits, it's too repetitive, if you get what I mean.

I've just noticed that the official map has zoomed out, I had an epic Harad moment there. I can see where Almaniania is now!

My point is... let's not call it that. :eyebrow:

Honorable Chasmanthe,

I appreciate greatly your respect for my Nations interests in the waters of which we have always protected, controlled, cultivated, and nourished.
Regarding the waters to the East of my lands, I and my people have, as far as our records show, always referred to this body as the Great Byrontanian Sea. The waters to the North are referred to affectionately as the Great Byron Sea. The bay that contains my 3 northern islands is called the Bay of Byron.

Greatest Regards,
Lord Byron
Supreme Leader
God n Country n Byron

Edit: My most trusted advisor has just clarified to me that this discussion thread is for Role Play only. The above information that I have provided is not RP.
It is my most sincere hope that the official map is not accidentally modified based on fantastical information contained in this RP thread.

Lord Byron,

Thank you for sharing the information. You will find an updated list of seas on page 7.

The official map establishes the entire layout of our great region. This document, on the other hand, is a means to explore that layout and collecting random details. I can borrow from RP threads to add information here, conversely, details from the OP could get incorporated into RP threads.

What you posted can be considered RP in the broad sense of the word, so I don't think there was ambiguity.

Requests for actually adding to the map go Want to be added to the map

I don't know how to roleplay so don't let me get in the way of those who do.

Feel free to inform us of any trivia or drama, it may get printed.

Kind Regards,

Chamanthe
