Foreign Envoys

The EU's ambassador programme is managed by the Foreign Affairs Commissioner, who has decided to reinvigorate the Union's embassy programme. Currently, this role is filled by Lord Eric Hitchens from the Empire of Inimicus, but this may change over the course of the next few months. ((So I've created a general European Union account to cover this possible change.))
