Al Homa, as I understand the current state of the law for RA membership, there is no distinction any longer between a first-time applicant to the RA, and an applicant who previously had RA membership.

Your quoting your prior application, which was during a time when the law had not been amended to its current form is unorthodox. But so long as you re-affirm the oath and verify that the information on your TNP and WA nation(s) is unchanged, I'll ptocess the application.
