I believe so, yes.

@EW: I'm missing a couple people I have realized, which who will be included on the next survey. But also, this is game-wide... and there are more raiders than defenders on there, really :P And I worked with Todd McCloud to come up with nations, so blame him for missing any as well :P

The AA is freaking old too... this survey was supposed to capture the influence on today's nations. I would estimate maybe 2% of the nations founded in the last 2 years would have any idea who the AA was.
 
same here, I got like one vote and destructive people what grief or griefed years ago beat me out like a government mule at a mule beating contest.

seriously these polls almost only take into account the loud people and those who stuff a ballot, not those who contributeto the game.
