I suggest anyone with e-mail notification problems due to the fact they own a hotmail account, get a Gmail account, and turn on the POP forwarding, and forward it to your hotmail. Falconias@gmail.com forwards to my personal e-mail (which is a hotmail) and I have no problem getting notifications from any board.
