My firewall is screwed. It lets me online for only up to 10 mins at a time before locking me out. I have to completely reboot - modem, firewall and computer several times before I have the net again.

It is screwing up NS, irc work everything and I am pissed as hell.

An engineer is coming out Monday to look at it.

By the way that is why I am randomly logging out of irc conversations mid chat.

You know u could have just asked for some help Flem. I believe I asked a few times about your problems. It's been going on for a few months now.

You have a Hardware firewall? (Physical piece of hardware). Or software with a firewall?

OK. My connection has been dodgy for a while now, but the last few weeks it has gotten rediculous - I usually manage about 10 mins at a time before my firewall (hardware) locks me out, demanding a total reboot.

This will be my last post before a spanking Belkin N+ wireless routter is installed this evening. Wish me luck.
