This may be a silly topic and I may have missed something. If I did please point me in the right direction. I would very much like to take part in the stock exchange. But, at the moment nothing seems to be happening with it. And I realize that elections are going on and that a stock exchange is a not real matter of importance. But, if someone could respond and give me the details I would be very grateful.
