Yep, they were originally part of TWP gov't until the 2nd Constitution dissolved and then TAO made them internation. I, myself, have been a CommRanger (notice the capitalized R :P) for quite a while and have even been incharge of them
 
Not especially. I only moved it as I had asked that other cabinet members refrain from posting there for the time being. There is a thread in this forum for any comments.
 
How about we pin the message to cabinet and move this back, I'm uncomfortable with unnecessary use of the private forum.
