Fulhead Land is a co-founder of the Lexicon, who declared war on us a little over a month ago. Obviously there were a few conflicts of interest there, which I'm trying to get prosecuted.

Anyway, how long did the war last?
 
Yes, to be completely honest, practically nothing happened. The climax of the war was probably when the Lex sent a spammer over to plaster "Leave The North Pacific now before it's too late" ALL OVER the forum. Half of the Lock Box now contains his (or her) posts. Aside from that, it was the most pathetic "war" I've ever seen.

A request to the MoJ:

As it is the MoIIA's duty to determine whether or not a member nation has maintained all nessicary requisites for membership, and may dismiss nations not fitting the requisites for membership. Regarding the statement of the cabinet, FHL is persona non grata and as such may he be dismissed from the RA without the need for a trial, as he has failed to maintain the requisite for membership of not being in such a state?
 
I believe this issue should be heard in court. It will set a precedent that may prove to be quite significant.

I would also like the court to note that the subject of "duality" is mentioned nowhere in TNP law or the constitution and as such it cannot be used as a crime.

Actually it references it in election laws, since no one player may vote more than regardless of amount of nations or accounts.
