 ), the poor Shiro Academy students are definitely having a rough time of it!  So far this year, they've had exactly one day of classes, which resumed after the threat of the Neko flu ended.  From there, it was straight into the bunkers to avoid the bombs, and now they've all been shipped off to an alternate site in Free Pacific States.  Now, does anything strike you as odd about this picture?  It's August 30.  What are the odds that anyone can pull off a single credit before the start of next year's classes?

 Those handed red folders were told that they would be annexed by the Pax Empire.  Those handed blue were given the option of becoming vassal states instead.  General Tlant, leader of the Pax and a man of very few words, seemingly just wanted to know where each national leader stood on the issue ...
