Well I fear I was too distracted with cabinet matters to fully implement my previous platform. Like I've said before, I'm now looking to lean on my deputy more (which I'm sure you would disagree with ;p) Other than that, I'm looking to continue my progress to make our legal system less scary and alien to the common citizen. I also look forward to working with a variety of different administrations to help make the legal code an everyday occurence in the fun part of our forum not the part that induces fear, nausea, and confusion.

I sought to see if he had done anything ban worthy, which why I posted in the Moderation thread not the Justice section. That is the difference, this would have been a IF violation not an infringement of our legal system. This is only yet another glaring example of your rhetoric/reality gap. Please re-read your posts and see who makes the most miscontrued accusations.

No, you had already leapt to the conclusion that he had done it and was to be banned!! There was no violation, yet you were not interested in finding out before posting your accusations and suggested punishments!! you have already admitted all this, yet now you turn around and accuse me of making it up?!

Breaching the endo cap would be an admission of guilt if it was law, much in the same way banning chocolate would make the people at Nestle criminals. You seek to place anyone who does not fit your reasoning into the arena of guilt, which I do not agree with.

Of course it would be an admission of guilt only if it were law!! Bottom line is that an endorsement cap would have been installed as law for a reason, regional security!! I place people in the arena of guilt if it is proven they have broken the law!! Not because they do not fit my reasoning!!

Not once have I sought prosecution before mediation, this is a record I clearly stand on and I challenge you to prove different. I have not brought a single prosecution charge against anyone, did I accuse Pierconium that's not even a question of course I did. But did I bring up legal charges as a method to ban Pierconium from the North Pacific? Absolutely not. Anything else is pure unadulterated slander.

If you need proof again of your unfounded accusations then I will post them again.

- blindly supporting Tresville
- believing that disbanding the NPA would throw the region into harms way

I have dealt with those in my last post, perhaps now you can address the questions that wuld lay these things to rest!!

Do you support Tresville in his campaign to become PM despite the fact his previous term was blighted by denying people their rights because he deemed them guilty of crimes without charge or trial?! Which is in conflict with your campaign platform advocating innocence until proven guilty?!

Do you believe that disbanding the NPA will have a detrimental effect on regional security?!

If I am so far off the mark, then simply shooting me down in flames with your answers would be an easy end to this argument?!

I have several in mind (what? You're saying no? Drats!!) um... yeah this is an issue left over from Polts reign in which I hope the incoming Prime Minister would be more cooperative with.
 
The end of my term, yes!! somethign abviously not resolved over the past 3 months either!! Maybe acting as a Justice is not appealing to most people?!

I would like to ask everyone who does not support my candidacy to vote ABSTAIN. Yes I do realize it makes no real difference (despite my legislation attempt) but I wish to have clear proof as to the size of my mandate and also a clear rejection for solitary winner takes all scenario. So if you have voted for me but do not think I am the best person for the job under the circumstances, I ask you to please change your vote to an ABSTAIN!
