Or, have all the heinous crimes there could possibly be been committed? And if so, who by? :eyebrow:

You have to hang around and wait for a rogue delegate. There is no telling when they occur. You can wait months and months for one and then three turn up one after another. :P

If so, I would like to knw by what proceedure the ejection(s) are(were) authorized.

The ejection was a joke set up by Eras and Goal to see if anyone noticed!! Nobody who was not present for the formulation of the joke noticed!!
 
That's what I figured. I wanted to make sure so that I didn't start an MoJ invesigation on what I suspected was a joke. Silly me!

A delegate could quite happily kick a load of people out, one at a time, and as long as they didn't complain, who would know?
