It is not in the United States of Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, nor United States of Greater Austria. It may look like the United States of the Ionian Islands but it isn't (far from it!), nor in any United Mexican State.

Mr.Gaunt is quite close though.

If you have a correct city, fine. But the area is sufficient to win this time, because I am not sure about the corresponding cities or villages to the pictures.
