But I can't, I find that my room needs cleaning so I just do it, but I can't find that energy to do it in the day though, I don't understand it myself

Interesting. If that's the case, and the consequences are minimal-moderate, then go for it. How long does it take you? Is it why you're tired during the day? I do plenty of things that I don't fully understand myself.
