I mean, when someone is accused of or found to have been guilty to gross misconduct, we allow the judicature to decide whether (a) the violator will be removed from the individual office of oath violated, or (b) the violator will have all positions terminated and replaced with someone else.

I would have to disagree with the fringe minorities being powerless, as we see the United States elected bigots and conservatives such as MTG, Ron DeHimmler, and groups such as the Proud Boys infringing on the liberty of the marginalized.
Democracy does not allow for liberty to be infringed...
Democracy is where people get to exercise government via themselves or elected officials. For example, the people protesting a transphobic law made by the state government.
Republicanism is where government is exclusively executed by elected officials. For example, the US' legislative process...

My idea is that territories could collaborate with the SC to protect overall security. The Council would still exist to protect this region's security, but collaboration would also be an option.
Either way, territories belong to TNP. They can have their own SCs, but cooperation with our Council...
I've always noticed a loophole which allows for the "chapter regulating disclosure of executive government records" to be defined as anything other than Sec. 7.4, Chapter 7 of the Legal Code.
Furthermore, I believe that territories should be able to represent themselves within the regional...
The bill has been updated; it will now only take effect upon The Wellspring's legal government has consented to incorporation and the community thereof has ratified a territorial charter.
Thoughts? Is this still too premature to enact?
Can we not make this into a "Did Terra break the law" controversy?
Look, I overstepped my duties as a citizen of TNP, and wholeheartedly apologize for my insubordination.
You can expect nothing of the sorts to recur in the future.
