I'd presume because the ministry sees commendations for TNPers as more important and desired than for others. Perhaps representing TNP's stance on the NS forums is good? Idk if that's something we're interested in doing, but it seems potentially valuable as well. Probably 5 points for that.

How are you feeling about this now? There's not much more I think is really worth adding onto it, but it's fairly short. Does it have enough content without talking about the dark themes?
