While I do think the current requirements are indeed high thanks to Sedgistan's obvious efforts to nerf TNP, a floating requirement is not exactly ideal either. It isn't ideal to have marginal qualifiers floating in and out based on an ever-changing number. I do support lowering the endorsement...

By failing the admin check first and then passing the VD check for @iceeee , I assumed that would have been treated as "grant citizenship contingent on WA membership". That's how it was done in my actual term as VD. Just do that. If necessary, they pass VD re-eval.

There is no need for a notice for that short of an absence. If anything, you cleared the 30-day "Any Forum Post" timer, which you could have done via other means, like voting (hint, hint...). You will not reach the 60-day "RP Post" timer by the time your date of return is reached.
