JAL's name has been removed from the Regional Assembly roster and his masking appropriately changed to reflect this change.

As you are not currently a member of the Regional Assembly you don't have the ability to motion for a vote to be held. Also, if a motion is made I'll be having Govindia putting it up for vote as I will be most likely be absent for the rest of the day.

The section of the Constitution in question: The action Blue Wolf is protesting is that while two-thirds of those voting other than abstain approved the recall they did not make up two-thirds of the entire Regional Assembly which consisted of 22 members at the end of the vote.
