I'll take those under consideration. Of the two, I think Rudra is more fitting of a planet name.

The theme for planet names has already been stated to be demigods or deities. If they aren't either in your nation's mythology, I'm gonna ixnay them as options.

I've not really got an opinion on this one, since I have no clue what it pertains to. But, that's essentially all there is to it and there isn't additional outside context, my thoughts are along the same lines as Goy's.
