I like the idea of a jury...but not a grand jury. I would be willing to let the justices decide if a case has merit, but guilt should only be assigned by a jury.

The jury is the people's check on the system. I would vote for the abolishment of of the Grand Jury and keep trials by jury....which I believe is a God-Given Right, IRL.

well...I was a reserve juror, and turned out to be a juror. Apparently activity is not important to many an RA member.

I read over the code and const several times. I read it to mean that an impeachment had the full cabinet as jury, or that would happen only if the CJ was on trial. That is why I was/am confused.
