I personally think that we should also include classes as such - Classes on WA proposal writing, R/D, roleplay, forum etiquette, TNP law - all would be interesting and worthwhile. Also I think it would be a good idea to give the Ministry of Culture & Entertainment some part in the running.

I agree with McM. Govindia hasn't really earned a reduction in warning, but he also doesn't need to be warned about that post taking into account the way he is being riled up. I also agree with a warning for Chasmanthe and possibly others.
