This region's legislation is loaded with clauses like these that nobody will ever use unless they are forced to do so. Suggestions are fine in legislation if used sparingly, but if much of the legal code is made up of them then it is more a set of guidelines than a legal code. In TNP, few follow...

I've been involved in TP, TEP, the MPA, the election in Osiris (which was around a month ago), and TNP. If I hadn't had time to tend to my duties in TNP I wouldn't have taken on the other tasks. I encourage you to find one example of tardiness to tend to or neglect of my duties in this region...
