I'm not saying that I shouldn't have a say in how it's run, I'm saying that at this time and point, barring a few changes should there be another trial, there's no need for much reform.

They're not unnecessary per se, it's just that they're not likely to be used. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't have them around.

My office is merely to carry out lawsuits and prosecute. There's not a lot of input as to how it works. There might be some changes as to how certain aspects of carrying out the lawsuits work, but those don't affect the overall purpose of my office.
