Well, we just got permission from the founder...
We need to establish some comprehensive, effective criteria for territorial expansion, especially for incorporating existing regions and such...
As I explained above, I was saying "annex" in terms of making The Wellspring a territory of TNP. Not in the way you described it, but with respect to the procedures the Legal Code has.
Guess I should alter the language of the proposal. Y'know, so we're not "annexing" the region.
I was thinking that would be what "annexation" would mean in this context.
By 'annex', I meant the designation of a region as a territory of The North Pacific.
Perhaps it could be in the regulation, health/bioethics, and environmental categories?
Moral decency seems undesirable, and either of the 3 aforementioned categories would be favorable in my opinion.

Under Clause 66, Section 7.9 of the North Pacific Legal Code, I propose the following legislation to the Regional Assembly:

If there are any concerns, state your case or DM me later in the forums about it.
Removing the voting limit would allow for more bills to be processed...
That's a good idea; thanks for your input.
However, how would one recruit members for the team of historians? I guess a Google Form or something like that, and I'd get the word out via adverts and threads.
Alight, my database collectors! Here's the gameplan for our regional historical office:
Gather data on former officials, parties, legacies, tenures, etc.
Compile aforementioned data into a comprehensive database.
@Hulldom (or the Delegate in general) will instate a new office for the North...
Can you find that? We're getting to a head start on collecting data now!
If we're gonna establish this historical office, we need all the data we can get!
Yeah. It's not what you said that's the issue; how was the culture office even created? It does not appear in the Legal Code, so maybe it was formulated by other means?
Could some legislative historians come be of assistance?
