There is a place for the language Grosse is using; in the preamble. Explanations for the purpose and intent of provisions belong in the preamble. If I were to write this (keeping in mind that I'm not necessarily reflecting my own views)...
Hopefully this deals with at least some of Gulliver's...
I think the lawbook generally needs be pared back a bit. I'm no slouch in the legal department, as any number of people can tell you, but I'm damn well daunted by what I need to read through to really become conversant in TNP law.
I propose as a counteroffer that we find some legitimate way of appointing our judges instead. Can't rule independently when you're up for election next week. Far more likely to see a judgment swayed by that than by membership in a political party.
Rather than just accusing him of ignoring the laws, why don't you act like anybody who is accusing someone of a crime has to act, and provide chapter and verse. Cite the laws, cite legal interpretations (if it helps), demonstrate specifically how his actions warranted the response, and how his...
Okay, why on EARTH does anybody give a crap about the colour? I think the issue is more the suggestion that to be a patriotic TNP member you have to support Grosse's campaign against my chosen party, which is, quite frankly bullshit.
Whoa now. This is intended to be a political party, yes? I think it's inappropriate for a political party to use, unaltered, the flag the region as the flag of the party. PPTNP members are just as much members of TNP as you are.
Nope, those were the reasons. Whether you agree with them or not, they were the reasons stated and the reasons for which you were banned. So when I say that that's why we banned you, that's not a lie. The decision was undertaken by the four administrators of the region together and was not...
Someone's past history isn't relevant when attempting to establish that there's a pattern of behaviour? What planet are you from and can I have some? I mean can I visit? :eyebrow:
The irony is, the more Gov is involved and active here, the less active and involved I want to be.. he was banned by a joint decision of the four members of the Peerage of Imperial Britain for hampering regional growth and activity (among other things). I'm sure he's about to yell at me for "not...
I would like to see the Constituent Assembly address, at the very least, the matter of people who are in the region but not on the forums. What is, as of yet, unclear to me is the procedure by which their opinions will be addressed. Perhaps the Party Leadership could talk about that for a bit...
Generally speaking, I agree with the sentiments of the OP. Excessive requirements for voting, especially in regions without large populations of active people, tend to do more harm than good.
