Slogans don't win elections. Plans do. You need to come up with a plan for the ministries you don't have one for.

I'm seeing a few ideas, nice-to-haves, or potential campaign slogans, but not a lot of direction and action. What would you direct your ministers to do? Compared to the effort Halsoni put into his campaign, why is yours lacking? Is it laziness? Is it a strategy? Is it a limitation? What is it?
