TNP's regional religion, is practically dead, with few to speak of the glory days it ounce had, and in other words is becoming forgotten. in an attempt to help revive Flemingovianism in this much needed time of hope and faith.

i propose the following to be amended as:]
Section 9.2: Celebration Day
7. The Day of Flem will be observed on the seventh of April, to commemorate the region's official religion of Flemingovianism

8. Spring Day will be observed on the nineteenth of April, to commemorate the capture of The Wellspring and the establishment of its community.
9. Flag Day will be observed on the twenty-sixth of April, to commemorate the adoption of the flag of The North Pacific.
10. Democracy Day will be observed on the seventh of July, to recognizes the day the Constitution was ratified, and honor the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Legal Code of The North Pacific.
11. Delegates' Day will be observed on the ninth of September, to acknowledge the hard work of delegates past and present and praise their great contributions to the region.
12. NationStates Day will be observed on the thirteenth of November, to celebrate the establishment of NationStates and provide an opportunity to extend fellowship throughout the NationStates communities.
13. Celebration Days may be observed by regional events, festivals, games, contests, or other activities designed to evoke the spirit of the holiday.
14. The Delegate may proclaim additional one-time Celebration Days during the year as desired.
This Celebration Day shall apply to

21. Holidays of the Flemingovian religion shall be observed regionally, and all nations shall have the right to take a day off work, unpaid, on those holidays. Government officials are excluded from the effects of this clause.

Be careful with how you're writing legislation. If you submitted that as it is now, you'd accidentally delete two clauses that I don't think you meant to delete. Write it like I did in the example down below.

thank you so much, Im sure to use it, and also does the name have to be Revelation Day.
 
Look man, Flemingovianism is already in the Legal Code as the official religion, if people aren't celebrating it it's because people aren't interested. Putting a new holiday in the Legal Code won't suddenly make anyone interested. If you want to do something for Flemingovianism, it's better you organise something yourself (or ask the government to help you do so) than making a change to the law that isn't actually going to do anything.
