There’s not much we can do to solve the summer lull problem, but having it mostly contained in one term instead of awkwardly split between two could potentially at least make the term itself less horrible.
I agree with Pallaith - I certainly don’t think it’ll hurt to try moving the election times (on the general election side, more importantly) and this version would make it rather easier to revert it later if needs be.

My main first thought here is that the General Election being moved should also get the 6-month term that the Justices would or the 2 month split should be the January one - it seems a bit not great to cut a Delegate term in half in the middle of the election for that term.
