It had a strong start, but these things usually do. There was not as much contribution from other interested parties in creating scenarios so as I suspected it relied on me putting them out there. We had some avid participants but it’s been very hit or miss. Assuming it continues we would just need to put some discipline into it, so the participants are used to this being an exercise, and maybe gently nudge the participants who aren’t actually participating to leave the program. I haven’t seen any new faces since it was launched, so it seems interest was rather limited. But it probably wouldn’t hurt to have it around if people did want to make use of it, as long as someone is there to organize them and run through the exercises.
