I have been Justice a decent number of times previous, as well both prosecutor, defense counsel, and submitter of assorted R4R briefs.

Is it your belief that our laws do not apply to areas which have been deemed "nongovernmental" by their creator, whomever that creator might be, but are being using for IC purposes?

I am on record of the non-binding opinion that A: admin activity is subject to legal review where it intersects with legal duties & B: the court has little ability to specifically regulate as admin activity has very little definition under the law.

More generally that is, the whole forum is theoretically subject to the legal code in the general sense (it’s all TNP property, which is the important part for jurisdiction) but admins (individually as a position or collectively) broadly aren’t except for the few areas where they have legally defined duties/responsibilitie.
