I normally have oatmeal for breakfast too.

Also with almonds, Brazil's and walnuts!

Today though I had bacon sandwiches for brunch.

I've been pretty good, it's been rain everyday in Wales. :lol:

same ! i have oatmeal like everyday lol. it started sometime in the pandemic, & i haven’t stopped since. brunch is always fun, usually i make açaí bowls, recently i’ve been trying to find out which fruits go well with mango. my current favorites are strawberries & pineapple, with a little bit of lemon juice ! usually i like the rain, but this year i’ve been missing summer a lot ! :)

You should give these bowls a try. They're definitely in the new-age 'super food' category, and I would treat any specific health claims with some skepticism, though fresh fruit is generally a pretty safe bet. Regardless, they taste great and make you feel great too, ready for a full day. Best served as brunch, I feel.
