Hello TNP, I'm Ayuzh(hhhh) and I will be running for Speaker for the upcomming elections. (Tried to make an artwork but failed)
It's been over five years and four months since I've been here in TNP and had my fair share of time with people here. I've spent times in various government areas of TNP(most noticeably you probably know me as an Gameside Advocate). But I want to put more emphasis on the three and half months I spent as a deputy speaker recently. Firstly, I would love to thank everyone who were at the speaker office during this tenure:- @Cloud , @St George , @Meteturan , @Petronellania and @Chipoli as I've learned a lot in this duration. Secondly, I would be very honest about my time as a Deputy Speaker. I was new. A few mistakes were been made by me during my earlier days. I accept them and I don't want to hide anything from the nice citizens of this region. Lately, I believe I've learned and improved a lot. ( It's just like when a student performs terribly, the teacher give them more work and conducts extra classes for his improvement. So I want ya'll to give me more work through your votes!
)
Okay jokes aside, I will talk about the works of the Speakers and it's deputies. The official works like citizenship application and checks or the Regional Assembly processes, I believe we have been doing that smoothly enough. But a valid concern I would like to raise is the current number of citizens and the citizen's participation in the Regional Assembly. I think the Speaker's Office should try to do everything which is in their reach or atleast try to reach and improve the current situation. The current number of citizens is pretty low compared to COVID time, or even 2024. Now you might ask me- how are we gonna do that? I'm not sure. But, we can start from atleast informing or motivating newcomers, active and interested nations for taking TNP's citizenship.
(Yea I can't bribe any of them to take citizenship or any of you to vote me by giving legendaries orelse I would turn bankrupt /jk )
Okay jokes aside again, I would be very honest again- I wasn't actually thinking of running for Speaker for this term. I was wondering about my past mistakes and decided I would give myself four more months before I could think of running as a Speaker. I haven't ran for any elected office before. More honestly- I was afraid. I didn't had enough confidence because of my personal life events recently. Anyways, I would thank @St George for believing in me and for their kind encouraging words. I recently watched Neon Genesis Evangelion ( great anime)- and I've been thinking about one thing. Maybe my past performance wasn't that perfect- but I'm confident enough I will not make any of them in the future. There are people around me, there are people around me here in TNP, and until I'm not alone here I'm confident enough I'll do my job perfectly here. I am thankful for all the support I've got till now and I'm thankful for all the support I could get in this election or in the future. Lastly, I would give my best wishes to my competitors:- @Ruby and @Meteturan and all the people running in these elections. Glory to Flem! Long live TNP!
(Any questions are welcomed)
