I hereby appoint @Cretox & @tobagotomatoes to the Election Commission.
@tobagotomatoes has been appointed to the Election Commission by the Delegate. Noting that this nomination is subject to confirmation by the Regional Assembly, I hereby open the floor to debate and discussion on this matter. I invite the Delegate to give a statement in support of the nominee.

Should this reach a vote, I put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:
The Regional Assembly, acting upon the nomination of the delegate, confirms tobagotomatoes to the Election Commission.

Isenoka let me know they were interested in serving on the Election Commission, and I'm confident in their ability to pull it off. Here's why: they've served as MoComms with distinction, managing an active ministry with multiple lively voices. They've shown a great amount of promise and activity while they've been here. This appointment is also part of my agenda to give newer people an opportunity in higher office. I support this nominee and encourage everyone to vote Aye on this appointment.

I have worked with Isenoka together on TNN Election Watch and I have seen them working the counting sheets quite well. I think they will perform excellently in this role.

Since this is a relatively new appointment, please give a bit of background on the candidate and (as usual) the candidate's ability to use a calculator and do basic math, such as the ability to add 6 + 7.

Since Halsoni already gave a brief introduction as to who I am, I'll more or less repeat what he said (this time, however, in my own words). I'm currently the Minister of Communications, a position I have held for almost three weeks now. Hitherto Halsoni tapping me for the post, I served as the Deputy Minister of Communications and was an executive staffer across different ministries. Additionally, Picairn can attest to my ability to use spreadsheets and its different functions.

As for my ability to use a calculator, I'm not sure how to prove it to you, but the fact that I can switch a Sharp EL-546XT between Radians and Degrees should suffice. To answer your arithmetic question, 6+7=13.
