Security Council Resolution #540 “Injunct Vibonia” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Recalling SC#540, which erroneously praised Vibonia as a "vibrant, inclusive, and prosperous community" devoted to "maintaining an inclusive environment for all nations arriving in Vibonia’s valleys,"
Acknowledging that the original resolution was brought forward during a period of tangible growth and institutional development under seemingly capable leadership,
Aware that on 21 March 2026, a political crisis befell Vibonia wherein the incumbent President (WA Delegate) departed the region abruptly, leading to the intervention of several allied militaries to support the incoming government,
Dismayed that in the chaos, with public attention centered on Vibonia, pervasive cultural issues in the region came to the public eye, leading many partners of the region to withdraw military support and diplomatic relations promptly,
Saddened that the aforementioned cultural flaws were not fringe within the region, but commonplace among its highest officeholders and otherwise woefully neglected by the community’s leadership,
Aware that a coalition of the Radiant Inquisition of Perdition, The League's Defense Forces, Europeian Republican Navy, North Pacific Army, Balder Jomsvikings, The Outback Bushrangers, Frontierist Special Brigade (Talonia), and The West Pacific Armed Forces (collectively "the MGC") has intervened in the region following the
de jure collapse of the Vibonian republic and exit of its leading figures, with the aim of barricading it from future use,
Recognizes the annexation of Vibonia into Europeia and subsequent custodianship of the region by the MGC as the legitimate authority over what remains of Vibonia,
Discerns that the Injunction of Vibonia is both undeserved in light of recent revelations, and will soon be redundant once the coalition operation concludes,
Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #540 "Injunct Vibonia".
