Introduction​

Ever wanted more orange in the Vice Delegacy? If so, I'm the guy for you! Those who have no idea who I am, my name is United Orange Valley States, UOVS or Orange, depending on who you ask, and I have called The North Pacific my home for almost two and a half years now. I’m here to humbly ask you for your vote in this special election for the Vice Delegacy.

Some of you may not be familiar with who I am, so let me give you a little bit of an introduction and what my experience is serving the North.

I have been a citizen of The North Pacific since July 2023, and shortly thereafter became involved in Home Affairs, later renamed Integration by former Delegate Chipoli, where I continue to serve today. In January 2024, I also took on the role of Gameside Advocate, which taught me valuable lessons on how to engage with our gameside residents, and I’ve been able to put those skills into practice and build a relationship with that community. In mid-2025, I served as Deputy Minister for Integration before being appointed Minister of Integration, a position I currently hold. Alongside this executive experience, I also served as Deputy Speaker from May to July 2025, giving me direct familiarity with regional law, procedure, and legislative process.


Vice Delegate Citizenship Check​

The Vice Delegate Check is a crucial and necessary step in the citizenship process, providing an additional layer of security review beyond the Admin Check. When this step is skipped, it creates two problems: it weakens regional security by removing an important safeguard, and it also disadvantages applicants who may not pass the initial administrative review but could be approved following a proper Vice Delegate recheck under existing rules.

Recently, we’ve seen what can happen if these checks aren’t done regularly. As Integration Minister, it has been my job to recruit and integrate new members of our community successfully. If that process is already stopped at the very first step, we won’t get anywhere. This is why, as Vice Delegate, I will ensure that all required checks on my end are completed consistently and in accordance with the law. This means maintaining security standards while also ensuring that the process remains fair, complete, and reliable for applicants.



Vice Delegate Reports​

I also plan to continue publishing Vice Delegate reports on a regular basis, weekly when feasible, and bi-weekly at minimum, to keep the region informed about endorsement levels and the activities of the Security Council.

As of writing I'm 15th in both influence and endorsement rank. I should be able to quickly rise to the Vice Delegate minimum.


Security Council​

I recognize the current members of the Security Council put together have years of experience protecting this region from foreign and domestic threats. I will listen and learn from those who have kept the council running for longer then I have had served the government.


Endorsements​

To help address the recent drop in endorsements, I plan to be more active within the community and approachable to newer players, offering help when it’s needed. Being visible and engaged makes it easier to encourage endorsement swapping and build habits that stick.

I also plan to add endorsement reminders to the regular RMB advertisement lists posted by the Gameside Advocates and Frontliners. This helps keep endorsements visible without being intrusive and makes it easier for people to remember to endorse the Delegate, Vice Delegate, and each other.


Acting Delegacy​

If the need arises, I am prepared to step in as Acting Delegate to ensure the region remains secure and that the day-to-day operations of the government continue smoothly. My focus in that situation would be on stability and continuity, supporting the existing government structures, working closely with the Security Council, and avoiding unnecessary changes while the situation is resolved.

Just to let you know, you actually do have my support in your bid for the Vice Delegacy.

The main reason I am running in contention with you is my concern about your endorsements.

I watch the rise and fall of endorsements within the region on a daily basis.

My intention is to maintain the seat until the next Regional Elections in March.

I will be watching your endorsements with great interest.

As VD you will be required to be in second place in endorsements within the region and be at least over the 85% line.

How do you intend to remedy this?

Question about citizenship checks for you:

If 8 people apply for citizenship in a span of 5 days, how much citizenship checks will you do?

It’s good to see the Vice Delegate role approached with care and attention to the details that often get overlooked. Wishing you a smooth campaign and a good election overall.
 
I want to start by saying that I think you’ve put together a solid and thoughtful platform here. It’s clear you’ve paid attention to how the Vice Delegacy actually functions and that you’ve grounded what you’re proposing in recent experience rather than abstractions. That matters, especially for a role where confidence often hinges on whether people believe you understand both the limits and the responsibilities of the office.

That said, I think for a lot of people, particularly those who have spent time on the Security Council, the question won’t just be whether you know what the Vice Delegate does, but how you see yourself operating within that structure. You’ve emphasised listening to the Security Council and working collaboratively with it, which I think is the right instinct. I’d be interested in hearing more about how you approach situations where there are disagreements within the Council, or where advice is split. How do you envision your role in guiding those conversations without overstepping or losing focus?

You’ve also talked about endorsements and WA activity in a very practical way, which I appreciate. Could you expand a bit on how you personally go about maintaining endorsements and encouraging others to do the same, especially in a way that keeps newer players engaged rather than turning the process into background noise?

Finally, you’ve acknowledged the possibility of having to step up as Acting Delegate, which is something not every candidate for this office addresses well. I’d like to hear more about how you think about that responsibility. If you were placed in that position, how would you approach running the government day to day, and what principles would guide you to make sure you’re prioritising stability and continuity rather than putting your own stamp on things, as you noted in your campaign?
