Hi everyone. I'm Mete. I've decided to create a personal blog for 2026. I actually planned to start writing from January 1st, but it was postponed due to the New Year's holidays. I hope I can write something here every day.

05.01.2026 - Today is my first workday of the new year. Maintenance work is still ongoing at the factory, and production has stopped. We don't know when we'll be able to resume production. It's a difficult time for us. The salary increase is still uncertain, and this uncertainty is wearing us down.

06.01.2026 - It was another fast-paced day. The blue-collar workers weren't starting to recover. Factory breakdowns continued.

12.01.2026 - We've started a new week. I still can't make sense of some things. I hope everything will be alright. I hope everyone is happy!
 
14.01.2026 - Yesterday I started my first assignment at TNP. This was an important step for me. I want to stay here for many years to come. I hope everything goes well.
 
18.01.2026 - Today is a strange day for me. I won't be able to see my son and wife for about a week. This will be the first time we'll be apart for so long since my son was born. He's only 4 months old..
 
20.01.2026 - I'd like to discuss my salary situation with my boss these days. I hope he understands me and gives me a nice raise.
 
28.01.2026 - I received a job offer from a company yesterday. I'm confused. I don't want to leave my current job, but I want a higher salary.

12.02.2026 - I've forgotten to write here again in a long time. My salary was increased by 50%. I was expecting more, but it's not bad either.
