Observing that Staidear arrived in Declansburg during March of 2022, an era when the region was defined by isolation and a divisive government that acted without regard for international norms,
Noting that Staidear quickly earned the respect of those who yearned for a better future in Declansburg's faithful electorate, fostering a sense of new-found regional pride and offering a hopeful path forward for a community consumed by discord,
Knowing that Staidear, as Attorney General of Declansburg between April and November of 2022, was responsible for a landmark amendment to Declansburg's Constitution, forever closing the door on any regime that embraces brutality as a language under the guise of governance within Declansburg’s borders,
Mindful of Staidear's tireless efforts to demand better from Declansburg’s elected officials during the fall of 2022, an advocacy effort that culminated in Staidear’s run for Prime Minister against the region’s undefeated incumbent in November of that year,
Respecting that Declansburg’s November 2022 elections saw Staidear declare candidacy for a multitude of elected government offices, as a protest of dissent against the region’s doomed state of affairs,
Aware of Staidear's one-vote victory in Declansburg’s November 2022 election for Prime Minister, a moment that represented a cultural turning point for the region and a seismic shift for Declansburg’s regional government,
Cognizant of Staidear's work to forge trust with many communities most outspoken about Declansburg's once-wayward path, including
The League and
The North Pacific, regions that - during Staidear's term - agreed to the formerly unthinkable undertaking of constructing embassies with Declansburg,
Noticing that the ascension of Staidear in Declansburg further continued months after Staidear was elected Prime Minister, in June of 2023, when the region's founder abruptly abdicated Declansburg's governorship to Staidear,
Appreciating that Staidear, after being named Declansburg's sole executive without warning, went above and beyond the duties of managing Declansburg’s affairs, leading the region’s unlikely transformation into a diplomatic powerhouse, all while meeting and exceeding the lofty expectations of Declansburg's devout nations,
Saluting Staidear’s unyielding efforts to foster a community that is inclusive, collaborative, welcoming, and scornful of intolerance in Declansburg - an effort that has thus far been victorious,
Highlighting that Declansburg today, thanks largely to Staidear’s administration, is unrecognizable from the troubled community it once was,
Further noting Staidear's well-documented efforts to defeat the forces of intolerance in communities deeply at odds with international norms,
