IMPORTANT: ASK THE MINISTER OF INTEGRATION FOR GAMESIDE PERMS TO RECRUIT
Before proceeding, you must be in the Executive Discord Server since that is where recruitment is done, and where the bulk of executive work (including Integration and other ministries as well) happens. Once you have joined the server, you should see the #manual-recruitment channel in the Ministry of Integration category. There, you will find the bot kindly provided to us by Europeia named "TNP Recruitment," which is what we use to recruit. You will learn how to use said bot as you read through the guide.
Instructions - First Steps
Step 1.
Head on over to the Telegrams page and click the "New Telegram" button. An empty field will show up, and at the recipient (To) field, enter tag:template. This will give you the code to your template once you've sent it.
You should see something like this.
Afterwards, in the big empty message field, you will need to put in the actual recruitment telegram. See below:
Once you've filled in the empty field with the text provided above, click the little arrow just beside the recipient (To) field and tick the box that will mark your telegram for recruitment. After that, select "The North Pacific." This is very important. Site Moderation will get you in trouble if you send out recruitment telegrams without marking it as recruitment.
All done? Great! Just send it out. To view your template, click on the selection button above the recipient (To) field and select "Sent Items." See below:
It should look something like this.
Now, to actually send out recruitment telegrams, you will need the template code that looks something like "%TEMPLATE-XXXXXXXX%". To view this, click "Recruitment & Delivery Reports." The numbers will be different for each template, but that's what it looks like generally. In it, you will also see valuable statistics like Delivered, Read, Recruits, and more.

Curious about what each of those mean? See below:
Congrats! You now have your template. You may now learn how to use the bot.
The Recruitment Bot
As mentioned earlier, Integration uses the "TNP Recruitment" bot to do the actual recruiting. In the executive server, you will find the bot in the #manual-reruitment channel. You will then see three blue buttons for you to press as seen here:
To begin recruiting, press the "Register" button. Once a field appears, fill out the Nation field with your TNP nation that you will use for recruitment (this may be your main or alt; the important thing is that it is in the region and has the gameside perms to recruit) and the Recruitment Template below. When filling out the recruitment template field, do not include the percentage signs. See below:
What you've filled in should look something like this. Additionally, you may disregard the session length and leave it as is. It won't affect your recruitment session.
Once you've finished filling them all out, you're done! Congrats! You may now begin recruiting.
Recruitment
To begin recruiting, press the "Recruit" button. A field of eight selected nations will then show up for you.
Press the "Open Telegram" button, which will take you gameside with the recipient and message fields all filled out.
Hit send!
And you're done! Happy recruiting!
Any questions? Feel free to ask! There's no shame in wanting to learn.

Due to formatting limitations, the forum doesn’t render the template properly, leaving a blank space where emojis are supposed to be.
