Per the following (emphasis added), and considering that the relevant position is currently vacant:
13. The regional bar will be governed by the Bar Commission, which consists of three citizens, one a Justice of the Court elected by a majority of the Court, one appointed by the Delegate, and one appointed by the Court and confirmed by a majority of the Regional Assembly. The citizens appointed by the Delegate and the Court may not be elected government officials, but will otherwise be exempt from constitutional restrictions on holding multiple government offices for purposes of their appointment to the Bar Commission.

The Court has nominated @TlomzKrano to the Bar Commission. I now open the floor for debate and discussion on the nomination. I would welcome a statement in support of the nomination from @Sil Dorsett or from any member of the Court.

If and when this comes to vote, I intend to put the following motion before the Regional Assembly:
The Regional Assembly, acting on the nomination of the Court, appoints TlomzKrano to the Bar Commission.

Full support, obviously. I don't think this warrants much discussion, and I therefore ask the Speaker not to let this drag on for too long.
