Asserting that Kivu had an astronomical impact on Concord in its formative months, allowing it to flourish into the prominent Frontier that it is today. Quickly setting themselves apart in the region, Kivu contributed to Concord’s growth and ultimate preparedness for Frontier status by:
- Coming onto the field by holding the position of Premier of Concord from November 2022 until May 2024, serving as a guide for newfound nations and playing a pivotal role in developing a culture in Concord that allowed the region to grow into the second-largest Frontier by delegate endorsements,
- Reading the blitz by serving diligently on a committee to establish Concord’s endorsement limits in a manner that ensured the region’s security absent a Governor, yet was realistic to achieve and accommodated native wishes,
- Throwing a touchdown by spearheading the recruitment program of The League & Concord, in which Kivu amassed over 3,000 recruiting hours between September 2022 and March 2024 (being the community’s top recruiter for ten months) and later sending an additional 40,000 recruitment communications following the program’s re-organization,
- Rushing into the endzone by succeeding New Makasta’s efforts to fund the recruitment program via International Artwork, incentivizing competitive service among recruiters,
Astonished by Kivu’s extensive resume in The League’s Defense Forces, where they attained the rank of Colonel before their promotion to Consulship. Kivu’s military career began in the 2022 liberation of New Westphalia, kicking off an ongoing career of over 150 liberations and 76 sieges, becoming an essential part of critical defender operations including:
- Operation Red October in 2023, in which Kivu served as a regional officer and operation planner in addition to leading The League’s Defense Forces into battle in what is still the largest anti-raider offensive in history,
- The liberation of Far East Oriental Federation in 2023, in which as a newly promoted Colonel, Kivu helped rally thirty-four updaters on the heels of raider forces being expelled from Solidarity,
- The sieges of UEPU in 2024, in which Kivu rallied and organized thirty-five LDF members to take part in the operation,
- The liberation of Lonia Kreptia Llor in 2025, where Kivu’s inspiring demeanor and leadership led the deployment of twenty-nine League’s Defense Forces members in the record-breaking operation,
- The liberation of Federation of Sovereign States in 2025, where Kivu took charge in mobilizing forces from The League & Concord, allowing for the League’s Defense Forces to muster an astounding thirty-three updaters, leading the world in turnout,
- Persistently tracking LDF deployments and ensuring prompt withdrawal and return to Concord, keeping the homeland secure in spite of large-scale operations being regular,
Cognizant that Kivu’s leadership of The League & Concord in prosecuting the war effort against Raider Unity on various fronts contributed to the disbandment of The Brotherhood of Malice in August 2025 after successive and brutal losses, all of which involved the LDF either leading global turnout or among the most numerous organizations,
Grateful that Kivu was promoted to the Consulate, the highest institution in The League & Concord, in 2024 for their longstanding service to the region in both domestic and foreign-facing fields. Kivu would take up the mantle of Chief Consul in October 2024, the first native Concordian to hold the role, emboldening The League & Concord’s further development through:
- Representing the regions in becoming a founding member of the Sovereign Seven, developing the community’s modern General Assembly direction and strengthening defender-independent relations in non-military fields,
- Capitalizing on the regions’ presence abroad by building new military and diplomatic partnerships with regions such as The West Pacific and the Plains of Perdition, exemplifying Kivu’s ability to forge ties with regions outside of The League’s defender sphere and ensuring good relations with independent militaries that contribute to liberation efforts,
Astounded by Kivu’s contributions to the lore of nations throughout The League & Concord’s territory, known as Terraconserva. Kivu aided the international community in administering research on developing nations, allowing them to come into their own. Additionally, Kivu’s publications on their nations demographics (alongside Monsilva) and culture (alongside Jack Empire) earned them a first-place finish and runners’ up respectively in quality assessments by international observers,
